Rooms have a simple decoration with furnite and light wood flooring. All the rooms have two beds or a double bed, a desktop, heating, bathtub, hair dryer and amenities.
From Monday to Friday, a daily menu is served, including appetizer, first course, second course and dessert. On Friday nights a tasting menu is prepared that includes appetizer, starter, fish, meat, dessert and sweets with coffee.
The training program has been designed according to theoretical and practical training, structured through the management of kitchen, living room and hotel.
